Humax Multipurpose is our recommended number 1 compost for potting, and is used up in the nursery for planting up all our bedding packs, veg plants, patio plants and hanging baskets.
For a peat free option, regular peat free Sylvagrow is ideal for seasonal tubs and hanging baskets.
For more permanant planting (e.g. shrubs and trees) we recommend Melcourt Sylvagrow with added John Innes (and a slow release fertiliser).
